Every session has a clear focus. Classes follow specific categories so you develop different aspects of performance across the week. Strength, conditioning, hybrid sessions, and mobility all work together as part of a structured training system.

The collective is what makes THE LAB different from a regular gym. Members train together week after week and support each other without competition. Coaches know your name and follow your progress. The people next to you become part of why you show up.
